Hello to all the wonderful Cancer Registrar’s that belong to our wonderful organization of the Ohio Cancer Registrar’s Association.
When I entered this field of Cancer Registry, I never dreamed that I
would one day be President of this amazing group of individuals. Many of you have guided me on my path in this field and I am profoundly grateful for the friendship, knowledge, and camaraderie that we have shared and enjoyed together.
As I start this journey as your President, I am asking for your patience and encouragement. I am also asking each of you to reach out to one another, a new registrar or someone looking for a career and lend them your expertise and knowledge. You all make be proud to be part of this organization and I look forward to the many changes and challenges in the profession as we face them together.
